What LectureGlyph is

LectureGlyph helps you prepare a handwritten explanation before you teach it. Instead of drawing every line live while you talk, you write the page once, choose where the important pauses should happen, and then let the page rebuild itself one stroke at a time.

When the page pauses, you explain. You can point to the work, connect ideas, ask questions, and focus on the people in front of you. The writing still feels alive because it appears in the order it was made, but you are no longer rushing to create it while teaching.

You can also share the page, so the people you teach follow along and fill in the parts you leave for them.

This is useful for ideas that need to unfold step by step, such as equations, diagrams, graphs, processes, and examples. LectureGlyph is about showing how an idea comes together, not just the finished answer.

Why one idea at a time

Attention needs a path.

When a full page appears all at once, attention scatters. People read ahead, look sideways, and guess at what matters now. Revealing one piece at a time gives attention a path. The current idea stays in focus, and the rest waits its turn.

A slide deck moves between finished screens. LectureGlyph is built around how your work comes together: the line being drawn, the label arriving after the diagram, the result appearing only after the thinking has led to it. The breaks fall where the idea naturally breaks, not only where one slide ends and the next begins.
